Amakeda Ponds brings with her many years of Content Design, content strategy,employee engagement and User Experience. More recently, she has worked for several Fintech Companies as a Digital Content Strategist where she writes digital content for a variety of retail bank, credit cards projects and mobile platforms. Her passion and vision for creating the best client experience is what motivates her, especially in her role as VP of Customer Experience for SET. Keda resides in St. Augustine, FL with her husband, Antwaune Ponds former linebacker for the Washington Redskins, and four children Jazmyne, Hasan, Akilah and Amir.
